1977
The roots of Pfeiffer Link & Partner go back to the opening of the eponymous parter, the lawyer Alexander Pfeiffer, in 1977 in Darmstadt. At the start of the nineties, internationally active companies are represented for the first time in the significant commercial litigation and criminal cases in connection with the so-called “Arms-to-Iraq affair”.
From the mid-1990s lawyer Ulf Linder joins the business and the law firm Pfeiffer & Linder is established.
In 1992 the second eponymous partner, Rolf Link, opens his tax consultancy in Darmstadt after working for a large international auditing company.
In 2001 the long-time employee and tax advisor Stephan Fleck joins Link & Fleck Steuerberatungs GbR as a partner.
2001
Since the end of the nineties, the two firms have been working more and more closely together on projects involving legal and tax matters in the interest of their clients. The synergies are so strong that both firms are continuing to deepen their cooperation and in 2001 are brought together under one roof. The interdisciplinary law firm “Pfeiffer Link & Partner – Notaries Lawyers Specialist Barristers Tax advisors” comes into being.
Today “Pfeiffer Link & Partner” is a modern efficient commercial law firm that meets the challenges of commercial and tax law, places the clients and their needs at centre of its activities and takes a broader view beyond its own specialist field.
